Terms of service

1. The service. PLMHub is a product-model hub: it stores and renders the project model you and your agents push (goals, problems, apps, units, schemas, commit metadata, files). It is provided by edvone, Jülicher Str. 72a, 52070 Aachen, Germany.

2. Your content. What you push stays yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display it to your project's members. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

3. The plm CLI. The CLI is open source under the MIT license. It runs in your environment; you decide what gets pushed.

4. Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no attempts to access other tenants' data, no abusive load. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other users.

5. Availability. PLMHub is young software provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. We work hard, but you should keep your own originals of anything critical.

6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; for simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, capped at the foreseeable, typical damage.

7. Termination. You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate with reasonable notice.

8. Law. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction, where permissible: Aachen.
